"I contacted them a few months before our wedding to see about hiring a group to perform hula or Tahitian dancing and a fire knife performer for our wedding reception at Kualoa Ranch. They were incredibly responsive and helped me figure out the best configuration for our budget and our guests. On the day of our wedding I was blown away.

The performers and musicians were incredibly talented and our guests (many of whom were on the island for just a few days and didn't have time to enjoy a full lū'au performance) had a great time. A big thank you to everyone for making our day so amazing a memorable."

"I emailed them months before I was arriving in Maui. I think almost a good year before to inquire about hiring someone to come out for a pre-wedding activity. I wanted to do lei-making and hula lessons for the wedding guests. Every few months I would email back to check in and about two months prior I paid for the booking via credit card. Every communication and every instance was fantastic. They were responsive, precise and made me feel at ease.

The day of the wedding, our absolutely lovely Kumu came to teach us and share with us not just the stories of old Hawaiʻi, but also funny and loving anecdotes about hula dancing. After we made leis we learned a quick hula and did a performance that delighted everyone.

This was the highlight of so many guests day. I wanted to share my culture with everyone and Mahana and her team just gave us magic and more. Mahalo Nui Loa for making everyone's day so special."

"Beautiful Hula Show! Spoke primarily with Mahana via email as we were planning our wedding long distance. It was very easy to book and plan the hula show during our cocktail hour! I had booked 2 hula dancers and 2 musicians.

It was a beautiful show and we were very happy with the outcome. All our guests enjoyed the hula show and it added a nice Hawaiian touch to our wedding! I would highly recommend using them for a wedding or any other event!"

"After months of planning the "perfect" wedding, we were advised 40 hours from the time of our wedding and reception that the venue had to be closed due to impending dual hurricanes. We were able to use the venue a day earlier, and on just a few hours notice and after considerable related stress, Mahana quickly rescheduled our entertainment to accommodate all of us!

We had an absolutely wonderful live musical trio and hula dancers that delighted the entire crowd at the reception. A major highlight was a hula instruction and audience participation that brought everyone out to the dance floor and into the joy of the night, even the most intrepid guests. "Hawaiʻi Hula Company is the place to go to hire hula dancers on Maui. They are professional and very knowledgable. They even put together a group hula lesson for my bridesmaids and some friends in place of a typical Bachlorette party. We had a Hawaiian duo and 3 Hula dancers, they had men and women for the show which I really liked (so did the rest of the women there;) We finished of the reception with Fire knife dancing, 2 male dancer spinning fire in the air, brilliant. They are a great company to do business with. My husband and I highly recommend Hawaiʻi Hula Company for a beautiful Maui wedding experience."
