We make the booking process easy. You may call and reserve by phone at (808) 646-1455 or use our Contact Form to email us your details and/or questions. When you are ready to book your event, we will email a contract with your booking details and an invoice for payment. This invoice will be due in full to secure your reservation.
Details we will need are as follows:
- Your contact information (name, phone, and email)
- Nature of the event (wedding, corporate function, family gathering, etc.)
- Location of the event (on Oahu, Maui, or Hawaii Island)
- Type of location (beach, hotel conference room, private residence, etc.)
- Time and date
- Approximate audience size and type (age group, language spoken, etc.)
- Entertainment type you are looking for (hula lessons, hula or fire knife dancers, workshops, etc.)
You can download one of the PDF forms below and email it to email@example.com. You also have the option to call us to provide your booking information.
We email you the contract. Once you have reviewed and approved it, you may make payment to secure your reservation directly from the invoice email by clicking the "Review and Pay" button.

We are fortunate to have many talented Hawaiian and Polynesian Entertainers to work with. Because of this, we can offer unprecedented availability to our clients on Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii Island. We are happy to guarantee booking for the date and time of your choice up to one week in advance. Please note that this is with the exceptions of holidays. We ask for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve that you kindly book as early as possible.
While we always do our very best to accommodate date or time changes, the exceptional pool of talented performers we have can be very busy as we book several events on any given day. With this in mind, we kindly ask you to set the date and time firmly before booking. If you do need to make a change, we understand and will be more then happy to work with you. Please request any changes at least 15-30 days prior to the date of your event.
30 days (or more) prior to event date = Full refund less $100 processing fee + credit card charges
29 days prior (or less) of event date = 75% Refund
14 days prior (or less) of event date = 50% Refund
7 days (or less) prior of event date = No refund
